  1. Zana The Candy Cane? Says:

Who has the record for the quickest hatrick in the Premiership?
    Robbie Fowler against us.

That’s it sorry lol! No goalkeeper has scored 40 goals WTH? Is there something i’m missing?!!!!

@zap… I don’t get it, he said keeper? What keeper has scored over 40 goals for their club? Well now I know as I looked it up but.

  2. The Zapper Says:

Schmeichel is one of the keepers.

@Zana – He was a forward in the Danish league and a penno taker for Porto.

Well Schmiechel will always be known as a keeper.

    Fowler holds the hatrick record.

Did the city fan bring a goat?

  7. pcilliterate. JaUf. Says:

    Ok, I’ll have a go…

    1) – I can only think of one: Paraguayan goalkeeper José Luis Chilavert scored over 60 goals, as he took all of his team’s penalties and free-kicks. I don’t know the other two, but I bet they are based in South America where goalkeepers have more freedom, or are players from long ago when the keepers were allowed to hold the ball up to the halfway line.

    2) – Not sure, but I know that only 700 Middlesbrough fans went to the West Ham game on the last day of the 2008/09 season. As a large number of West Ham fans were there, total attendance would have been high, so this is not the right answer. Don’t know why I mentioned it really… lol.

    3) – This one has me stumped. Are you sure it was an international match? The only international I can remember with a high number of cards is Portugal v Netherlands in the last World Cup… and I remember it because it was stated as a World Cup record: 16 yellows and 4 reds. But 19? Like I said, you’ve stumped me…

    4) – Ha ha, that was dead chickens. He would swing them around his head every time City scored. It’s funny you should ask this; I only know because I read about it this morning and was going to ask a question about it, lol.

    5) – I was going to say Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who scored 4 goals in 13 minutes against Nottingham Forest in our treble-winning season, but a young Robbie Fowler, many years ago, scored 3 against Arsenal in quick succession. Decisions, decisions… ok, final answer, I’m going with Fowler, but I’m not totally sure.

    6) – I haven’t got a clue with this one. If I were to guess, it would be the usual suspects – United, Liverpool, Arsenal etc, but as is the norm with these quizzes, the answer is probably some obscure teams who have only won it once or twice many years ago. I don’t know, so will stick (with my probably wrong) guess above.

the man city fan brought dead chickens to swing around his head for some reason
    i remember it well
